Return Policy

All products in our store are made to order. Because of this, we do not process returns, exchanges, or refunds directly through our store.

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, our production partner will replace it or issue a refund. Please report any such issues within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us through our store’s contact form — we’ll help you connect with the fulfillment team to get it resolved quickly.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrectly ordered sizes or colors
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

To assist with quality claims, please include clear photos of the issue on a flat, well-lit surface showing the item and its tag. This ensures the production team can verify and resolve your claim efficiently.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

The return address is set by default to the manufacturing facility. When the facility receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. For all returns, use the manufacturing address provided on the package. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the manufacturing facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; therefore, the manufacturing facility reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Since every product is made to order, orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins. Production typically starts within a few hours of purchase. Once your order has entered production, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

If you need to adjust an order, contact us immediately after checkout, and we’ll do our best to assist before production starts.
